Terms of Service

Using TikTok Viewer means accepting the terms below. They are short on purpose: this is a free tool that reads publicly available TikTok content, and most of what follows is about keeping it that way.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. What this service is

TikTok Viewer displays profile information, posts and reposts that TikTok already publishes for public accounts. It is provided free of charge, with no account and no subscription. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to harass, stalk, threaten, dox or impersonate anyone, and not to attempt to reach content an account owner has made private. You also agree not to run automated crawlers against our endpoints, resell access, or work around the rate limits that keep the service available to everyone. Rate limiting exists for that reason, and requests that exceed it are refused rather than queued.

3. Content belongs to its creators

Every video, image, caption and name shown here belongs to the person or company that made it. We claim no rights over any of it and grant you none. If you save a file, you are responsible for what you do with it: personal reference is one thing, re-uploading someone’s work as your own or using it commercially without permission is another, and it is not something this site permits.

4. Availability and no warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It depends on TikTok’s own platform, which can change, restrict or remove access at any time and without notice; features may therefore break or disappear. We do not promise uptime, completeness or accuracy, and we may modify or discontinue the service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikTok Viewer and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or from content published by third parties and displayed through it.

6. Copyright and DMCA notices

We host no media. Videos and images are served to your browser by TikTok’s own content network, so a takedown that reaches the file itself has to go to TikTok. What we can do — and will do promptly — is stop displaying an account or a post and purge any cached reference to it.

Send notices to [email protected] including: identification of the work, the TikTok Viewer URL where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your signature. Knowingly false notices carry liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Creator removal requests

Creators who simply want their public profile excluded do not need a legal notice. Write to [email protected] from an address that can be verified against the account and we will block the handle.

8. Trademarks

TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. This website is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it. Questions go to [email protected]. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
