Privacy Policy
TikTok Viewer is a stateless reader for publicly available TikTok content. There is no account to create, nothing to sign in to, and no profile of you to build. This page describes exactly what happens to the small amount of data a visit does produce.

What we never ask for
We do not ask for your TikTok username, password or an OAuth authorisation, and we never sign in to TikTok on your behalf. We do not run user accounts, mailing lists or payments, so there is no email address, name or payment detail on file. Any site that asks for your TikTok credentials to “view a profile” should be closed immediately.
What happens when you search
The username or profile URL you type is sent to our server, which asks a third-party data provider for the account’s public profile, posts and reposts. The result is held in a short-lived cache — minutes, not days — keyed by the TikTok username so that a popular account is not fetched repeatedly. That cache stores public TikTok data. It is not linked to you, and we do not keep a per-visitor search history.
Server logs and rate limiting
Like any web server, ours records ordinary operational entries: timestamp, requested path, response status, user agent and IP address. We also keep a short per-IP request counter, expiring within the minute, so a script cannot flood the service. These records exist for reliability and abuse prevention. They are not sold, not used for advertising, and not combined with analytics into a visitor profile.
Media never touches our servers
Thumbnails and videos are loaded by your browser directly from TikTok’s own content network. They are not proxied, copied or re-hosted by us. The practical consequence is worth stating plainly: for those requests TikTok’s servers see your IP address and user agent, exactly as they would for any embedded image or video on any website. Downloads work the same way — your browser fetches the file from TikTok and saves it locally. A fallback route on our side exists for browsers the content network refuses; it streams the response through and stores nothing.
Analytics
When a measurement ID is configured, this site loads Google Analytics 4 to count pageviews and a handful of aggregate product events, such as “a search happened” or “a download was started”. Those events carry no TikTok username and no personal detail. Google may set its own cookies and processes the data under its own policy. Blocking the script with any tracker blocker leaves the viewer fully functional. When no measurement ID is configured, the analytics script is not loaded at all.
Cookies
TikTok Viewer sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The only cookies you may receive come from Google Analytics, as described above.
Who else is involved
Three parties can be involved in a page view: our hosting provider, the data provider that returns public TikTok profile data to our server, and Google Analytics when it is enabled. Media requests go to TikTok’s content network. We do not share your data with anyone else, because there is very little of it to share.
Creators and removal
This service only reflects what TikTok already publishes; making an account private on TikTok removes it from the viewer as well. If you are a creator and want your public profile excluded from TikTok Viewer regardless, write to [email protected] from an address you can verify against the account, and we will block the handle and purge any cached copy.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
