Get in touch
TikTok Viewer has no accounts and no support desk, so there is nothing to log in to and no ticket queue to chase. Everything — creator removals, copyright notices, bug reports and general questions — goes to one address, read by a person.
Creators: removing your profile
This site only reflects what TikTok already publishes, so switching your account to private on TikTok removes it here as well, usually within minutes. If you would rather be excluded regardless, write from an address you can verify against the account — or send the message from the email on the account — and include the handle. We block the handle and purge any cached copy of it. No legal notice is required for this.
Copyright notices
Send takedown notices to the same address. They are handled through the process set out in the Terms of Service, which lists what a notice has to contain to be actionable. Including those details in the first message is the difference between a same-week resolution and a round trip.
A profile that will not load
Most failures are one of three things: the account is private, the handle is mistyped, or TikTok is rate-limiting the lookup and a retry in a minute fixes it. If none of those apply, send the exact handle you searched, the browser and device you used, and roughly when you tried. Without the handle there is nothing to reproduce, and a report we cannot reproduce is a report we cannot fix.
What we cannot help with
Worth saying plainly, so nobody waits on a reply that was never possible: we cannot open private accounts, recover deleted videos, show expired Stories, reveal who viewed a profile, or help with anything on your own TikTok account — password resets, bans and appeals are between you and TikTok. Requests to unlock a specific private account are declined without exception. If that is the ask, TikTok’s own support is the right place.
Privacy
Mail you send is kept only as long as it takes to deal with it, and it is not added to a mailing list — there isn’t one. How the rest of the site handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
